COVID-19 Precautions for our patients and staff:

In order to protect the health and safety of our patients, community, & staff, the following steps are made effective 05/01/20....
We will still be conducting Telemedicine visits so that patients can receive services without having to travel to our office in order for patients to maintain access to the care they need. These visits are made via video chat, and will be considered the same as a face to face visit.
We have now opened up our office for seeing patients face to face. All precautions are still in place. Please come in, check in, verify your cell phone number, and then wait in your vehicle. We will call you when the doctor is ready to see you. All patients entering the office must wear a mask. And we ask that you come in alone, or bring only 1 other person with you, who also must wear a mask.
If you do need to come in to our office and you are running a fever or think you have been exposed to Covid-19, we ask that you call our office from the parking lot and you will be given instructions at that time.
-So don't hesitate to call for a telemed or face to face visit. We are here to serve you!
We thank you for your patience and understanding.

 • We now offer iPro2, a continuous glucose monitor, placed on the patient's abdomen and worn for up to 6 days.  An iPro2 evaluation reveals glucose fluctuations that A1C tests and fingersticks can miss.  When used to tailor treatment recommendations for patients, iPro2 professional data can lead to better glucose control.  Ask your physician about the iPro2!
